We conduct business honestly and with integrity and honestly describe cars as accurately and as precisely as we can, but some buyers have unreasonable expectations. By not inspecting the car in person and/or sending a qualified mechanic to inspect the car on the buyer's behalf the buyer agrees and understands that the item is sold AS IS. We shall not be held liable for misrepresenation of any kind regardless of any vocabulary we used in the item's description. Please understand that all used cars have some flaws like scratches, dings, dents and/or mechanical issues and there is no such thing as perfection from a used item.
